Seven Party Ideas for Galentine's Day
Want an excuse to get all your favorite girls together in the month of February? We recommend hosting a Galentine’s Party because it’s the perfect occasion to host a party and show them how much you care about them. Even though Galentine’s Day is officially the 13th of February, don’t let that stop you from having a party for your gal pals any time during the month of February. Throwing a party like this is the perfect way for everyone to clear their schedules and take some much-needed friend time. Pampered Party
Nothing says girls’ night more than face masks and mani-pedis. It’s the perfect excuse to relax and unwind from the bustle of every-day life and to have some good ol’ fashion girl talk. You just have to put out a cute treat board with all your favorite snacks and treats (think cheese, crackers, and some strawberries) and you’re set for a perfect night. Popping & Painting
Pop the bottles, drink the pop, pour the wine - whatever you’re into, you can really embrace the theme. Nothing mixes better than sipping your favorite drink while getting creative with your friends. You can book a class a local art center, or gather the supplies and host your own - maybe even try to paint along with a Bob Ross tutorial?
Favorite Things Party
If you’ve ever been to one of these, you know how fun they are. Ask everyone to bring two identical gifts of their favorite thing. It could be a beauty product, a kitchen product, or even a snack! Whatever little thing that they might have discovered that they just LOVE and want to share with others. When people arrive to the party, draw names and exchange gifts! Have everyone share what they love about the item they brought. It’s a fun way to get to know your friends a little better and try something new. Put together a charcuterie board with all your favorites for a snack!
Galentine’s Brunch
Brunch is always a good idea and just seems like the perfect activity to do with girlfriends. You can host it in your home or go to a restaurant that specalizes in brunch (if you’re local to Utah, we highly recommend Sweet Lake Biscuts and Limeade!) Either way, you only need two things for this party: good company and good food. To take it to the next level you could put together goodie bags for each of your friends with some of your favorite scrunchies or earrings from MSC!
Game Night
Bring a little competition to your party by having a game night with your favorite junk foods. A few of our favorites are ‘Cover Your Assets’, ‘Things’, or ‘Jackbox’ if you have a laptop or appletv. You could also research fun party games for larger groups of people if you end up having more than a handful of friends to invite over!
Rom-Com Movie Night

This idea is the best for a small, intimate group of friends that you want to spend some quality time with!
