All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review the issue.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, My Sister’s Closet is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

All items are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. We do our best to inspect and describe each item accurately, including noting any visible flaws. Normal signs of wear may be present and are part of the charm of secondhand shopping.
